Order the parts you need today and get them delivered as normal. You’ll have up to 30 days to make sure everything fits and works properly before you pay – no upfront cost, no added interest. It’s an easy way to cover repairs while you’re waiting on jobs or invoices to clear.

We know that high-value parts can put pressure on your budget. Split your order into three equal payments. The first is taken at checkout, and the other two are spread across the following months.

What is Klarna?
Klarna is a trusted payment service that lets you shop now and spread the cost over time. When you choose Klarna at checkout, you can pay in full, pay in 30 days, or split the cost into three equal interest-free instalments.
What information do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
You’ll need to share basic contact and payment details, such as your name, billing address, email and card information. Klarna uses this to verify your identity and carry out a credit check before approving your order.
Who can use Pay in 3?
Anyone aged 18 or over, living in the UK with a valid debit or credit card, can apply to use Pay in 3.
This option lets you divide your total into three equal payments, taken automatically every 30 days. Klarna doesn’t charge interest or fees for using Pay in 3, though your card provider may apply its own charges if you use a credit card.
Who can use Pay Later?
To use Pay Later, you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over with a valid payment card in your own name. Your card must be active and have enough funds to cover your order. Pay Later is a credit product, and Klarna will decide whether to approve your application based on a credit check.
How do I Pay Later?
When you choose Pay Later, you’ll have up to 30 days to pay for your order from the date of dispatch or when your service becomes available. Klarna will send you a reminder with details on how to pay – or, if you’ve enabled autopay, payments will be taken automatically on the due date.
You can also pay early through the Klarna App at any time.
Does Klarna affect my credit score?
Yes. When you choose to pay with Klarna, they carry out a credit check to confirm your details and assess whether the payment plan is affordable for you.
For most Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days purchases, Klarna performs a soft credit check. This does not affect your credit score and isn’t visible to other lenders.
Making repayments on time consistently will help build a positive payment history and demonstrate reliable financial behaviour. However, missed or late payments may be reported to credit reference agencies and could affect your credit rating in future.

Are there any late payment fees?
Klarna is always interest-free when payments are made on time. However, if a payment is missed, a late fee may be applied, and your account could be paused until the balance is cleared.
To avoid any charges, Klarna will send reminders before each payment is due, giving you time to update your details or make the payment manually if needed.

Can I pay before the due date?
Yes, you can make an early payment anytime through the Klarna App by choosing your order and paying by card.
If you prefer, you can also request Klarna’s bank account details from their Customer Service team to pay by bank transfer. Once your balance is cleared, no further payments will be taken from your card.
What if I need to return a part?
Returns follow our standard PT Parts Trading Terms & Returns, and Klarna will update your payments once the return has been processed.
If you’ve paid with Klarna, please report your return in the Klarna App to pause your payments while we confirm your item has been received.
How to report a return:
- Open the Klarna App and go to Payments
- Select your order or item
- Tap Report return, then add your tracking details and return date
Once PT Parts confirms your return:
- Klarna will refund any payments already made
Or adjust/cancel the remaining instalments
If your return isn’t showing correctly, please contact PT Parts directly and we’ll work with Klarna to update your balance. Klarna can also support you if your return remains unresolved after 21 days
