What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use a range of couriers depending on your location and the size of the parcel. We also use pallet companies and our dedicated delivery van.
These include DPD, Parcel Force, DX, Fedex and Palletforce.
Can I collect from your site?
Yes.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Yes, please contact a member of the team.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be sent a tracking number to the email address provided once your item has been shipped.
Can my order be sent to the garage / repair centre?
Yes, add an additional address at check out for your delivery.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order online quickly and easily at any time, your item will be dispatched the next working day.
Alternatively contact us via email or phone and one of our dedicated team will help you with your order.
How can I find parts for my vehicle?
You can filter our parts online by brand / product or search by description and part number.
You can use the get in touch option to send us a message including what part you require and your chassis / reg.
You can also call or email us and one of our team will be happy to help.
Do you only supply used parts?
No, we have a range of new, used and reconditioned parts available and are also able to source parts that you may not see on our site.
Can I return a part?
Yes, please contact one of our team via email or phone to arrange the return of your item.

My part arrived damaged / is faulty. What do I do?
All damages must be reported as soon as they are discovered. Wherever possible inspect items upon delivery as once they are signed for these are not covered by the courier.
Please complete the online warranty form using as much information as possible or contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to assist.
What are your opening times?
Office – 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
